Guide Line for Ordering, Stacking and Installation of Super & Concrete Tiles.
Clients are advised to order & Concrete Tiles quantity specifically by considering 4% to 5% extra tiles to cover wastage on site. due to different size of areas where tiles are required to be fixed. As the Tiles are manufactured batch wise. the quantity required for a large area need to be intimated to us so that we can manufacture the complete lot in one batch and minimize any variation in colour and design.
Selection of tiles
- To minimize wastage, limited number of designs should be ordered. so that unutilized tiles in one area can be used in other area.
- Due to varying nature of raw materials. & Concrete Tiles may differ slightly in colour and design in different hatches. However we take due precautions to minimize the same.
Guideline for Stacking and Shifting of Tiles
- Tiles are recommended to be Unloaded on a leveled surface and area should be covered to protect from direct sunlight and dust.
- The Tiles should be Unloaded separately batch-wise and placed near the area where it required to be fixed. This will result in minimum handing of material and avoid mixing of different batch of tiles and edge-breaking.
- Tiles Should not be thrown on any surface, it should be placed gently on leveled ground. While shifting the tiles, care should be taken that tiles do not hit any other material or tiles to safeguard the edges and corners of the tile.
- By considering the weight of different sizes, following number of tiles are recommended in each stack.
