Innovation at Super Tiles

At Super Tiles, the research and development team is continuously working to create new innovative products that serve as a solution to a particular problem. In this article, we will go through a few such products made by Super Tiles.

Concrete Cobbles:

Super Tiles concrete cobbles are made with extreme trial and error to figure out the best set of shapes and combinations to create aesthetic circular patterns. With these sets of cobbles, one can create innumerable patterns. Multiple shapes and colours available make it possible to create anytype of pattern. These cobbles are also available in different surface finish. Shot Blasted cobbles look like natural stone and are a great alternative to granite cobbles.

Steps & Risers:

In the age of precast concrete products, Super Tiles found that there is a need for a faster way of making steps. That's when the "Steps & Risers" concept was formulated. After analyzing many different sized steps an average size was determined and considered as standard. This product is a set of 2 precast concrete slabs which form a step. Available in various colors and surface finish.

Permeable Pavers:

Super Tiles introduced yet another product called the heavy-duty permeable paver block. These pavers allow water to penetrate through into the underlying ground/base/soil. Heavy-duty and durable, Super Tile permeable paver block can be used for service roads, alleyways, walkways, and parking areas. It looks like a rock but acts like a sponge.

Sucool & Sucool Plus - Concrete cool Tiles.

Super Concrete Cool Tiles (Sucool) that reflect solar heat & help keep the interiors of the building cooler. These heat resistant tiles are suitable for rooftop due to its ability to reflect solar heat. These tiles are made in white cement. These tiles prevents the building from overheating during summer by reducing heat absorption from the roof. These tiles are Eco-friendly and easy for installation and are also suitable for a wide range of hot climate.

• Water savings from reduced evaporative air conditioning.
• Reduced electricity usage conserving energy and valuable resources and saving money.
• Reduced peak electricity demand due to air conditioning in Summer.
• Lower urban heat island buildup resulting in a cooler environment.

Terrazzo Paving Slab:

These are large paving slabs with 2-inch wide and 1-inch deep groove near the border allowing another stone slab to be inserted to create an aesthetic border look. This was conceptualized and made as per the requirement of Karle Group. Available in both smooth and shot blasted finish.

Embossed & Debossed Paving Slabs:

These are special type of concrete paving slabs where the mould will have a provision such that any pattern can be embossed or debossed over the paving slabs allowing a new style of slabs. Here is an example of a leaf pattern. There is no limitation as to what design can be embossed or debossed which allows for highly creative paving slabs.
